ELECTROPLATING PLANTS

Chrome plating: can be divided into two as decorative and hard chrome plating. Decorative chrome plating gives the surface a homogenous and shiny look. It can be applied in black and white. Hard chrome plating provides a high-resistant protection to corrosion and abrasion even though it is a difficult and expensive procedure.

Electroplating:
It is performed to increase the corrosion resistance of materials,
To add resistance against abrasion by increasing the surface rigidity of materials,
To increase conductivity,
To provide a decorative look.
In our company, everything from land settlement to implementation, customer-specific design to production, assembly and implementation, is carried out exclusively.

Plants are designed: by taking the production capacity of the customer, product information, chemicals to be used and plating requirements into consideration. Both suspended and drummed plants are manufactured according to the requests and piece size. Many electroplating processes used in the industry are used. Major plating types are given below.

Zinc Plating: It is the most traditional and low-priced type of plating to be used to increase the corrosion and abrasion resistance.
It is used in many sectors from automative to fasteners.
It has different types such as acidic, alkali, alloyed and cyanide zinc plating.
Multiple-colored products can be achieved with passivation processes applied after plating.

Copper Plating:  It is a preplating process usually used to activate the surface before nickel and chrome plating.
It can be applied in three ways as cyanide, acidic and non-cyanide alkali copper plating.

Nickel Plating: It is used to produce decorative solutions in sectors such as automative, armature and white goods. It is also used as an intermediate plating prior to chrome plating in order to increase surface porosity to increase corrosion resistance and to plate on plastic material.
It can be successfully applied in steel, brass, copper, zamak and aluminum surfaces.
There are shiny, semi-shiny, matte, black and electroless nickel plating alternatives for different uses.

Electro plating: It can be divided into two as decorative and hard chrome plating.
Decorative chrome plating gives the surface a homogenous and shiny look. It can be applied in black and white.
Hard chrome plating provides a high-resistant protection to corrosion and abrasion even though it is a difficult and expensive procedure.
